Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. Your item must be received by sugarforbrains within the current 14-day window. Once we receive the item, we will process your return within 3-5 business days. Look out for an email from us communicating the status of your refund, store credit or replacement.

All custom or engraved purchases, including items that have been shortened, lengthened, or altered from its original form are non-refundable.

exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase if the item is received in its unworn, original condition. Please be sure to provide your receipt or gift receipt at the time of exchange.

repairs

We are happy to repair or replace your jewelry at no cost within the 90 days after purchase under these circumstances:

• Adjust Length of Chain

• Broken Chain

• General Problem with Quality of Piece

You may drop off or pick up in studio or ship to us for repair. Repairs or replacements requested (for sugarforbrains items) after 90 days start at $13. We will send you a quote of costs for your approval before we begin work for all pieces made in-house or not. Please refer to shipping for policy regarding repairs.
